Founded in London by broadcast television director, Chris Pardew, and documentary filmmaker, Ollie Scarth-Saunders, StoryCraft Films brings cinematic storytelling to the heart of brand communication.

Since launching in 2025, we’ve grown from a two-person operation into a multi-national agency producing standout video and social campaigns for ambitious brands across the globe – bringing a creative energy that blends big-screen ambition with narrative craft.

From emerging start-ups to established global enterprises, we are known for creating meticulously crafted content tailored to each brand’s identity and ambition.

Chris Pardew

Chris is an accomplished director and producer, crafting bold, compelling, story-driven television across the UK’s leading broadcasters, including the BBC, ITV, Channel 4, and beyond. A dynamic storyteller with a sharp editorial instinct and hands-on production expertise, Chris has delivered standout work on major primetime formats such as Britain’s Got Talent, The X Factor, Married at First Sight UK, and Your Home Made Perfect.

No matter the genre, Chris delivers excellence that defines the standard. He has worked across many genres within broadcast television from world-renowned talent competitions and groundbreaking home makeover series' to compelling observational documentaries, and glossy cinematic car shows - Chris turns vision into standout television.

His directing work spans the globe, with productions filmed across the US, Europe, the UAE, and South Africa.

Throughout his career, he has collaborated with world-renowned music talent including: Katy Perry, Justin Bieber, Nicole Scherzinger, Stormzy, and John Legend; as well as UK household names such as Simon Cowell, Sir Tom Jones, Sir Terry Wogan, Piers Morgan, Freddie Flintoff, Vinnie Jones, Harry Redknapp, Susanna Reid, Joey Essex, Rachel Riley, and even former Prime Minister Boris Johnson. Equally comfortable directing high-profile talent, leading complex logistical shoots, or crafting narrative-driven edits, Chris brings creative vision, technical precision, and an instinct for unforgettable television to every project.

Ollie Scarth-Saunders

Ollie is a director and filmmaker specialising in premium documentary storytelling, bringing cinematic craft and editorial depth to broadcast and branded content. With a background in long-form documentaries and character-led narratives, he creates emotionally driven films that connect audiences to brands, people, and moments with authenticity and purpose.

He has delivered acclaimed work for Netflix, BBC, ITV and National Geographic to name a few, as well as brands including tech power house Safety Culture, applying the same storytelling rigour found in high-end documentaries to branded content. His work prioritises truth, access, and narrative clarity — elevating branded films beyond traditional advertising into stories audiences genuinely want to watch.

From the mountains of Chile to the corner of an operating theatre, Ollie has worked on productions around the world, equally comfortable with high-profile talent at scale as he is working one-to-one in tightly controlled, sensitive environments.

As part of StoryCraft Films, he helps define the company’s creative USP: fusing documentary authenticity with the pace, polish, and impact of modern branded content.
